My computer was not working today, so I could not complete alot of the work.

I am completely a visual learner.  I do not learn well by just reading words. I need to look at pictures or graphs to learn information.

Surgeons make more than air traffic controllers.  Surgeons make about 50, 000 a year and air traffic controllers make 33,000 at the highest level.
                                                           
From the jobs, surgeon and air traffic controller, there are many benefits given.  Specifically for the surgeon, there are health benefits such as health care.  For air traffic controllers, there are benefits such as flight discounts and health insurance.
                                                          
For the income based choice, obviously I would rather make more money so I would rather be a surgeon.
                                                             
To become an air traffic controller, you do not need a lot of education.  You just need a general education without extra schooling.  To become a surgeon you need a lot of extra school such as medical school after you graduate basic college.
                                                              
Approximately 8 extra years of education are required to become a surgeon.
                                                           
I would rather not go to school for a long time so I would rather be an air traffic controller in this case.  Although knowing that I would make more money as a surgeon, I would be motivated to become one.
                                                              
My mind was not changed from the beginning of this activity.  I knew it took a lot of training and education to become a surgeon and that surgeons made more than air traffic controllers.
                                                            
Rankings
1) Earnings- People work for money.  Money is the people's motivation to work.

2)Working conditions- Behind earnings, the conditions people face at work are important.  You must be comfortable where you work.

3) work tasks-  At work, the tasks or assignments you must do are important.

4) Education- Education is important but not the most important.

                                                                

The other working factors that I would take into consideration include who the boss is.  The boss is your leader and having a bad boss would make my job harder than ever.

Based on working conditions, I enjoy the surgeon career most.  They work in a clean office environment and work with clean tools to operate on patients.

Surgeons work for a high pay which is also very beneficial.
